Di Adams is a registered massage therapist and co-owner of MoveWell Integrated Health. Prior to becoming a massage therapist she completed a diploma in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition in Australia and spent 8 years working in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  Her focus was sports related injuries and exercise prescription during pregnancy. In 2005 she completed a 700 hour massage and bodywork program at the Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage.  After working for 3 years at a world class spa in Whistler BC she completed the 3000 hour RMT program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver BC and became a registered massage therapist.

She has a passion for education and has previously taught massage therapy in both Whistler and Vancouver BC.  She has experience and enjoys working with a wide variety of people with different conditions but takes a special interest in all levels of athletes and sports related injuries.  Her goal is to provide her patients with immediate symptomatic relief while also investigating the cause of the problem to help with future management of the condition. After owning and operating her own multidisciplinary clinic in Squamish BC for 14 years, she and her family relocated to Kamloops in 2022.

When she's not in the clinic you will find her out on the trails mountain biking, trail running, or snowboarding, or spending time with her family.
